St. John's in the Mountains invites you to celebrate your wedding day in our beautiful church. Our church is specifically well-suited for intimate weddings.
Located on the Mountain Road in Stowe, St. John’s in the Mountains is a neighbor to many of the most sought-after wedding reception venues, hotels, and resorts in the area.
Ordained clergy in many denominations are welcome to officiate your ceremony or the parish clergy of St. John’s in the Mountains are happy to make your wedding a joyous celebration (please see below for additional information).
Marriage equality is a hallmark at St. John’s in the Mountains.

All clergy officiating weddings at St. John’s in the Mountains Episcopal Church must be ordained and are required to speak to the rector of St. John’s in the Mountains before the ceremony is booked.
